Job Description:
We seek a proactive and results-driven Offline Marketing Specialist to strengthen Koinz’s presence in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will manage and execute innovative offline marketing campaigns, ensuring our brand resonates with local audiences in Riyadh and Khobar. This role will involve strategizing and implementing creative activations, events, and partnerships that align with Koinz’s goals of achieving market dominance and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offline Campaign Development & Execution:
• Plan, execute, and monitor offline marketing initiatives, including events, activations, partnerships, and promotions.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
2. Collaboration & Partnerships:
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, venues, and event organizers to amplify Koinz’s reach.
• Negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders to drive traffic and visibility.
3. Market Insights:
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor campaigns that resonate with the Saudi audience, particularly in Riyadh and Khobar.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Reporting & Analytics:
• Track the performance of offline marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Report on key metrics such as ROI, customer engagement, and lead generation.
5. Event Management:
• Organize and oversee Koinz-branded events, including logistics, staffing, and vendor management.
• Ensure smooth execution and impactful customer engagement.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure offline efforts integrate seamlessly with online campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to bring concepts to life.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in offline marketing, event management, or a related field.
• Experience in the F&B industry is a significant plus.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Arabic and English.
• Creative thinker with a knack for developing unique marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Other Requirements:
• Familiarity with the Saudi market, culture, and consumer behavior.
• Willingness to travel between Riyadh and Khobar when required.
• Self-starter with a passion for brand building and customer engagement.
